The eagerly awaited eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC) is set to return with an expanded format, featuring Prime Minister Narendra Modi alongside a diverse panel of renowned experts and celebrities. Scheduled to air at 11 a.m. on February 10, the interactive session aims to promote a stress-free and holistic approach to education, addressing key topics such as exam preparation, mental health, career guidance, and the effective use of technology.

This year’s edition boasts an impressive lineup of speakers, including spiritual leader Sadhguru, Bollywood stars Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey, and Bhumi Pednekar, as well as sports legends Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara, and Suhas Yathiraj. Joining them are nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, entrepreneur Radhika Gupta, and digital creator Technical Guruji, among others. Together, they will share valuable insights on managing exam stress, staying focused, and achieving academic success.

Marking its most extensive edition yet, PPC 2025 will span eight episodes. The event kicked off with an online MCQ competition held from December 14, 2024, to January 14, 2025, inviting students from classes 6 to 12, along with teachers and parents, to submit questions. Selected participants will have their questions answered directly by the Prime Minister, with some winners earning the rare opportunity to interact with him in person.

The discussions will cover a wide range of topics. Sadhguru will emphasize the role of meditation and inner peace in reducing exam stress, while Radhika Gupta and Technical Guruji will explore the responsible use of technology and artificial intelligence as study tools. Sports icons Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara, and Suhas Yathiraj will highlight the importance of incorporating sports into daily routines to manage academic pressure. Deepika Padukone will address mental health awareness, resilience, and breaking societal stigmas, while Vikrant Massey and Bhumi Pednekar will focus on the value of creative learning.

Nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar, alongside Sonali Sabharwal and Revant Himatsingka of *FoodPharmer*, will discuss how proper nutrition can enhance cognitive function and overall well-being. The event will also feature toppers from various competitive exams, who will share their personal success stories and strategies for academic excellence.

The main event on February 10 will take place at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi, where 2,500 selected students will participate in person. These attendees will receive exclusive PPC kits from the Ministry of Education, designed to enrich their learning experience. Additionally, the top 10 ‘Legendary Exam Warriors’ will be granted a special visit to the Prime Minister’s residence, offering them a unique and inspiring opportunity.

Since its inception in 2018, PPC has been a cornerstone of the Prime Minister’s vision for a stress-free education system, inspired by his book *Exam Warriors*. Over the years, the initiative has evolved, incorporating new technologies and interactive elements to remain relevant and impactful. The eighth edition has already set a new record, with 3.6 crore registrations, including 3.3 crore students, 2.7 lakh teachers, and 5.5 lakh parents.

With its enriched format and a stellar panel of experts, PPC 2025 promises to be a transformative experience for students across the nation, empowering them to approach education with confidence and positivity.
